PROGRAMMA: ISMF YOUTH WORLD CUP – 10/11/12 febbraio 2023.

CATEGORIE: Categoria U20 M / F Categoria U18 M / F

ISCRIZIONI: Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire sul portale ISMF tramite le Federazioni Nazionali di appartenenza e ci si potrà iscrivere fino alle ore 24.00 del giorno 06/02/2023 . La quota dell’iscrizione è di € 30,00 per ogni singola gara. Tutti gli atleti dovranno avere la licenza ISMF A o B.

RITIRO PETTORALI GARA INDIVIDUALE: Venerdì 10 febbraio dalle 16.30 alle 19.30 (presso la saletta del Bar Tennis, Comune Etroubles) Sabato 11 febbraio dalle 7.00 alle 8.00 sul campo gara.

RITIRO PETTORALI GARA VERTICAL: Sabato 11 febbraio dalle 16.30 alle 19.30 (presso la saletta del Bar Tennis, Comune Etroubles) Domenica 12 febbraio dalle 7.00 alle 8.00 sul campo gara.

BRIEFING TECNICO: Venerdì 10 febbraio alle 18.00 presso la saletta del Bar Tennis, Comune Etroubles, il briefing sarà sia per la gara individuale che per la gara vertical.

BRIEFING PRE-GARA: Sabato 11 febbraio alle 9.00 in zona partenza “Arp du Jeu” Domenica 12 febbraio alle 9.00 in zona partenza “Arp du Jeu”

PERCORSI : Verranno inseriti sul sito www.paysdusaintbernard.it. “ISMF YOUTH WORLD CUP”

CRONOMETRAGGIO: Sarà effettuato dalla società svizzera MSO . Il pettorale dovrà essere posizionato sullo zaino e sulla gamba destra dell’atleta. Il chip dovrà essere inserito sulla gamba al di sopra dello scarpone rivolto all’esterno.

UFFICIO GARA: Presso la saletta del Bar Tennis, Comune Etroubles.

PREMIAZIONE: Cerimonia dei fiori direttamente sul campo gara subito dopo l’arrivo dei primi 3 classificati. Premiazione ufficiale (come da tabella allegata) a seguire sul campo gara, in località Arp de Jeu.

RECLAMI: Come previsto dal regolamento ISMF.

La giuria di gara si riserva la possibilità di modificare gli orari ed il percorso di gara, nel caso di variazione delle condizioni atmosferiche o di circostanze eccezionali, anche durante lo svolgimento della prova, al fine di garantire il buon esito della manifestazione. Per quanto non specificato valgono le norme ISMF.

RISALITA IN SEGGIOVIA: Nella quota dell’iscrizione è compreso il biglietto di risalita del primo troncone della seggiovia per tutte le categorie. Sono previste due risalite gratuite per un massimo di due allenatori. Per la ricognizione del venerdì ci sarà la risalita a prezzo agevolato.

REGISTRATIONS: Entries must be received on the ISMF portal via the National Federations and it will be possible to
register until midnight on 06/02/2023 . The registration fee is € 30,00 per race. All athletes must have an ISMF A or B licence.

INDIVIDUAL RACE BIB COLLECTION: Friday 10th February from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (at the Bar Tennis in Etroubles)
Saturday 11th February from 7.00 am to 8.00 am on the field of play.

VERTICAL RACE BIB COLLECTION: Saturday 11th February from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (at the Bar Tennis in Etroubles)
Sunday 12th February from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. on the field of play.

TEAM CAPTAINS' MEETING: Friday 10th February at 6 p.m. at the Bar Tennis room in Etroubles. The meeting will be for both the individual race and the vertical race.

PRE-RACE TEAM CAPTAINS' MEETING : Saturday 11th February at 9 a.m. in the starting area "Arp du Jeu"
Sunday 12th February at 9 a.m. in the starting area "Arp du Jeu"

RACE COURSES: They will be posted on www.paysdusaintbernard.it. "ISMF YOUTH WORLD CUP"

TIMING: The timekeeping will be carried out by the Swiss company MSO. The bib must be placed on the backpack and on the athlete's right leg. The chip shall be placed on the leg above the boot facing outwards.

RACE OFFICE: At the Bar Tennis room in Etroubles.

CEREMONIES: Flower ceremony directly on the competition course immediately after the arrival of the top 3 finishers.
Awarding ceremony (in accordance with the attached table) to follow on the arrival area, in Arp de Jeu.

COMPLAINTS: In accordance with ISMF regulations.

The Event Jury reserves the right to modify the times and the race course, in case of variation of the weather conditions or exceptional circumstances, even during the course of the event, in order to guarantee the success of the event.
For anything not specified, the ISMF regulations apply.

CHAIRLIFT: The entry fee includes the ascent ticket for the first chairlift section for all categories. There are two free ascents for a maximum of two coaches. For the course inspection of Friday there will be a lift ticket at a reduced price.
