The history of Bières du Grand-Saint-Bernard begins in Étroubles in 2010, in a small laboratory where the pure water of Great St. Bernard, malt, hops, and yeast came together to give life to this new project. The natural environment of the Alps is ideal for the production of unpasteurized craft beer, and the brewery has created seven beers that all share the taste of the Alps.
With a production of 8.000 hl, the Bières du Grand-Saint-Bernard are available in most establishments of the valley and of the region.
